I understand that neither the acceptance of this application nor the subsequent entry into any type of employment relation with Skinner Lawn Services, LLC creates an actual or implied contract of employment. I understand that, if I accept employment with Skinner Lawn Services, LLC, it will be on an at-will basis. This means that either Skinner Lawn Services have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, for any reason, with or without cause.

I understand and agree that the terms of my employment may be changed, with or without notice at any time by Skinner Lawn Services, LLC. I understand that no Company representative, other than its President, and then only when in writing and signed by the President, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specific period of time.

In consideration of my employment, I agree to comply with the rules and regulations of Skinner Lawn Services, LLC.
I agree to submit to drug and alcohol testing, if requested by Skinner Lawn Services, LLC. I release Skinner Lawn Services, LLC, and its employees, plus other persons or companies, from any and all liability arising out of or related to in any way to said testing.

I authorize Skinner Lawn Services, LLC to investigate information concerning my education, employment experiences, criminal history report, driving record and all other aspects of my background relevant to my proposed employment. I release Skinner Lawn Services, LLC and its employees from all liability arising from such investigation.
